The Caledonia Band Boosters budget is
approximately $15,000 per year to support our middle and high school
bands. This budget is used to purchase sheet music, to buy and care
for uniforms, to cover marching band supplies, competition fees etc.
The majority of our fundraising is done through our annual auction.
This year, we will also be sponsoring a Christmas light display
behind the high school in December. The success of the auction is dependent on solicited donations. We
encourage you to solicit donations from family, friends and
businesses. Post- holiday sales are a great time to pick up items at
super low prices!
This year the auction is scheduled for March 15th at 7 pm and
includes both a silent and live auction. The bands also perform and
there are delicious hors’dourves, desserts and drinks. Watch for
tickets to go on sale in the spring! Bring your family and friends
to this fun evening!

Individual Account
Fundraisers
Band
members will have two opportunities each year to earn money for
their individual student account. This includes a Butter Braid Sale
in September and a Schuil's coffee sale in October. This
account can be used for any band related expenses such as band camp,
trips, and personal lessons.
